The College of Arts and Sciences has highlighted the work of four UA biologists for recent publications. Drs. Guy and Kim Caldwell were co-authors on a recent paper in the journal Science concerning Alzheimer’s Disease. Dr. Stephen Secor’s work, also published in Science, concerns cardiac hypertrophy and its regulation by fatty acids. Dr. Jennifer Sheridan’s work, published in Nature Climate Change, concerns the reduction in size of a wide variety of animals and plants, a response to climate change.
