The inaugural NEON Ambassador Program is bringing together 20 research scientists, educators, and industry professionals to work together to help shape NEON community engagement. The Ambassador Program is designed to help guide and encourage members of the scientific community to work with NEON; to highlight opportunities for cross-disciplinary research; to empower and connect researchers & educators to use NEON data; and to increase inclusion and diversity of the scientific community. The ultimate goal of the program is to help showcase the utility of NEON data and increase visibility of the researchers benefiting from NEON data collection.
