The Department of Biological Sciences offers a comprehensive curriculum leading to Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology, Microbiology and Marine Science, minors in Biology and Microbiology, and an honors program for Biology and Microbiology majors. Required and elective coursework includes both lecture classes and laboratory experience. Undergraduates may also receive course credit for Undergraduate Research, in which students participate in basic research projects directed by a faculty member.
